FRM-92101 Failure in the Forms Server

After Installation of the R12 in Linux, When the forms are opening we could get the below error.

The error is due to the missing of the rpm openmotif21-2.1.30-11.EL5.i386.rpm.

Install the above rpm and reopen the forms.
